About the workshop

A workshop isn'tan awareness day.

Meeting diverse populations in the workplace presents challenges — for managers and for employees alike. Differences in values, worldviews and personal needs lead to dilemmas that demand sensitive, thoughtful and effective answers.

My workshops help organizations navigate the complex issues that arise from meeting employees and clients across communities — the LGBTQ+ community, Haredi society, the Religious-Zionist public, the Arab community, new immigrants and more.

Each workshop allows in-depth analysis of the core dilemmas that surface in work with diverse populations, and equips participants with practical tools for conflict resolution and inclusive environments.

My approach

A real diversity workshop isn't an awareness day. It's a meeting people leave with something in their hand — language, a checklist, a decision. If three hours later we go back to work the same — we wasted everyone's time.

What the workshopleaves behind.

The workshop doesn't end at the door. Its benefits show up in the weeks that follow — in climate, satisfaction, and business results.

01

Healthier climate

Reducing tension and stereotyping inside teams — not via one conversation, but via a new shared language.

02

Management skills

Tools for handling complex dilemmas in management decisions, long after the workshop ends.

03

Employee satisfaction

A workplace built on listening and mutual respect — not just in slides, in reality.

04

Team collaboration

Strengthening relationships between employees from different backgrounds — through practice, not statements.

An organization that leads inclusion attracts higher-quality candidates.

Questions
I get a lot.

/ FAQ
01How long is the workshop?+
2–3 hours. Shorter or longer depends on how many cases come up and group size.
02Can it run online?+
Yes. The online format is adapted — breakout discussions, chat-based simulations. Works well for distributed teams.
03What's the difference between managers' and employees' tracks?+
The questions differ. Managers ask 'how do I decide'; employees ask 'how do I work with'. The tools differ, but the language is shared.
04Does it suit any organization?+
Yes — public, private, startup or enterprise. Each workshop is tailored after a scoping call.
05How many participants?+
12–24. Beyond that — it becomes a lecture. Larger groups can split into two sessions.
06What prep does the org need?+
A short anonymous survey I send two weeks ahead. That's what lets me show up with real dilemmas, not generic examples.
07Is there a follow-up session?+
Optional follow-up a month later — to check what's becoming an organizational habit.
08What can be tailored?+
Everything — target audiences, dilemma types, scenarios, language. Nothing is off-the-shelf.
09Does it suit the public sector?+
Very much. The public sector meets the most diverse audiences, so it needs the most precise tools.
10How far in advance to book?+
4–6 weeks for in-person, 2–3 for online. The pre-survey needs time to land.
