Who I am / what this is

A personal,human, deep talk.

A personal story that becomes a professional frame — not the other way around. One lecture that reshapes your team's hallway conversation for weeks to come.

This isn't a lecture about what's right. It's a space to understand, listen and be present — without slogans, without slides.

My approach

This lecture isn't Pride Month, not a poster on the wall, not a statement on the site. It's the strategic decision that runs through every manager and every hiring call.

Who this lecture fits.

/ audience
01 / Suited for

HR leaders

Looking for a shared organizational language — not a one-off awareness day.

02 / Suited for

Leadership teams

Who need the decision — not the Wikipedia opener.

03 / Suited for

Company events

That want content people remember after dessert.

04 / Less suited for

Pride Month only

If that's the whole ask — there are cheaper options than me.

After the talk

What peopleleave with.

People don't leave with a deck. They leave with something in their hand.

01

Shared language

An organizational vocabulary for talking about complexity — without harm or stuckness.

02

Perspective

A wider understanding of what people go through inside processes.

03

Practical tools

How to ask, how to respond, when to be quiet. Tools they take home.

04

Not alone

A sense that this conversation is possible — even without final answers.

Questions
I get a lot.

/ FAQ
01How long is the lecture?+
Between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on format. I'll recommend the best fit after our scoping call.
02What do we need technically?+
A projector, wireless mic, and a stage. I bring the laptop, deck and silence. Domestic travel is included.
